Big Smoke Burger

Having the classic cheese burger combo. The fries that comes with the meal is a small and I must say it is extremely filling. Not your typical small fries. The taste of my burger is reminiscent a high end burger joint. This location is located in Outlet Collection at Niagara, so getting seating inside the restaurant was next to impossible but there was adequate seating in the general seating area within the food court. Overall the service was excellent and the wait for my well done burger was approximately five to ten minutes (lost track of time) . I am highly recommending this burger joint.

Good burgers! I got the pulled pork burger and it was really good. The pork was really tender and saucy. Great customer service too - the cashier who served me offered me a free cup of water as I had made a mistake and almost grabbed someone else’s drink because the other guest and I had the same name. He definitely didn’t need to do that as it was my bad, but I was very appreciative of his hospitality!

Great staff. I'm a fan of their smoke burgers. Today, we tried poutine. The Large poutine is really good quantity. Taste is amazing, too. I especially loved their freshly cut jalapenos on it.

We just stopped in the food court for something to eat and decided to grab some Smoke Burger. We got two classic burgers medium well with white bread and a fry and drink. Total came to around 25. The burgers were great. Fresh and buns were soft but toasted a little. The fries are like chip wagon ones. One of our favs for sure. The service was great even though they were busy. They give you a plastic card that buzzes when your food is ready. We waited about 5-10 min and it was busy. The seating area is small but had some comfy seats. Only thing I’d say to improve was saying thanks to customers as they leave. I said thanks to the cooks for the great food but they didn’t say anything back but that’s it. No biggie. Wish they had one closer to us. Would totally recommend them to friends and family.

Drake Smith, I hope you find my review. I had a nice young man help me with my order, I had a tasty burger. Do you live to give negative feedback? Now everyone has a different experience, and I’m not doubting yours. I live in this area, I go to McDonald’s at least once a week and can promise you they are not better or worse. I believe that expectation is high and I’m sure that if I came to your place of employment you might have some colleagues that don appreciate your work ethic and for you to criticize teenagers is pretty low. I’m sure you don’t have kids & you don’t care about other peoples feelings. Who gives a one star review? Jerks!

First time eating here. Both my and my wife were 100% satisfied with the food and service. The burgers were cooked accurately to our request (one medium and the other medium well). Had a side poutine that was excellent. It was noon and the seating area was full and loud. Not much can be done about it but still a great spot and service. Will be back. Thanks for a great lunch

Been eating at this chain since it was called Craft Burger and I won their paprika contest to invent a burger the Ringer. Stopped on the way back from Niagara and it really hit the spot. Tried the Beast burger which reminded me of the ringer. Poutine is legit Remember to get Boylan to wash it all down
